13 Sirius Road, Lane Cove

The property is comprised of a 2,400m2 commercial and high-tech building with 50 secure basement car parking spaces. This property is fully leased to two high quality tenants on a long term basis.

68-72 Lilyfield Road, Rozelle

This property was sold to Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) in November 2018 for $78 million plus GST.
